The dimensions are:  11" wide and 12" long.  Bottom opening is 9".

opening to easily fit over bag and offers an open bottom for hassle-free emptying, 
eliminating the need to "undress" the bag to empty.  

This cover design was specifically made for catheter bag users who wish 
for a modest presence at bedside, on wheelchair or scooter.    Use  zipper closure for a snug, tailored
